Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Sales / Customer Success Executive to nurture existing clients and onboard new ones. The ideal candidate will be strong in relationship building and capable of driving revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding and training.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Gather client feedback and share with the product team.

  • Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.

  • Keep accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot / Pipedrive).

 

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success or sales.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Target-driven mindset with CRM proficiency.

  • Confident in both written and spoken English.
